Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within a 24 hours cooling off window from the time and date of purchase for a full refund.

Exchange and Returns Policy

We only accept items for return or exchange if done so in unopened and original packaging.
The hair and all packaging needs to be intact and not opened.

All requests for a refund or exchange must be sent within 14 days of purchase.

If you decide to return an item to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date, you must contact us prior to sending any item by emailing us at info@hairextensionsdirect.com
Please include your name and reason for return/exchange.

Please be advised that the customer must pay for the delivery if they choose to return or exchange an item. If exchanging an item, the customer must also pay the new delivery costs upon sending the new product to them.

Please note that altering the hair in anyway, including colouring, bleaching or chemically processing the extensions is done so at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage or changes in quality that may occur as a result.

We do not accept liability for any damage caused to the hair by you the customer, the stylist or salon etc. Hairextensionsdirect.com will not be responsible for hair condition due to poor installation and/or aftercare.

Quality Control - if the product is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase via email: info@hairextensionsdirect.com with photographic evidence to assess the quality issue and we will aim to resolve the issue upon inspection.
